• HVAC Systems Optimization: Energy modeling, control systems, chiller plant optimization, and advanced HVAC controls (including building automation systems - BAS).
• Lighting Systems and Controls: Energy-efficient lighting technologies (LED, etc.), lighting controls (occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting), and lighting design.
• Commercial Building Energy Audits: Energy audits methodology, data analysis, and reporting using energy modeling software.
• Renewable Energy Integration: Solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar thermal systems, and integration with building systems.
• Energy Management Systems (EMS): Data acquisition, analysis, and reporting; integrating EMS with building systems; and fault detection and diagnostics (FDD).
